I make, pack and send everything by myself. There will be times when I´m slower than I would like and I will occasionally make mistakes. I really appreciate your patience and kindness.
Domestic orders are usually delivered within 7 business days. International orders can take up to 15 business days.
Returns are only accepted if I shipped the incorrect items. This only happens a couple of times a year, and I will do my best to ensure you are happy with replacements or refunds.

Shopping CartDuring my online shop openings, you can add items to your shopping cart. However, these items are not reserved until the transaction is complete. This means someone else may purchase them in the meantime. I understand this can be frustrating, but it’s how most websites work to ensure people don’t just fill up their carts and stop others from purchasing.
Pre-ordersI don’t accept pre-orders at the moment.

Care of my potteryI use high-temperature glazes and stoneware clay for my pots. Each item is carefully handmade, making it more fragile than industrially-made pottery. I recommend you hand wash your ceramics to ensure longevity. All items are dishwasher-friendly.
