CLAY AND HANDS
Clay and hands: the starting point of countless stories that seamlessly weave together functional design, artisanal craftsmanship and a pinch of poetry. Recently, I have found myself increasingly drawn to ceramics – now the sole focus of my work as an artist. I love the physicality of clay and the role of human touch implicit in the process.
Each piece is truly one of a kind, owing to the intricate, strictly handmade techniques behind its creation.

From textile prints and tableware to illustrations, logos and even marketing materials – my passion is to create work that matters, no matter the medium. With a multidisciplinary design portfolio, I know
I can always bring extra skill to the table.
During the years, I successfully managed and developed a wide variety of projects, including a luxury ceramic range for Portuguese brand DaTerra and collections of home textiles for clients such as Sonia Rykiel, Donna Wilson, Hackett, Orla Kiely, Andrew Martin, Guess and Prince.

The secret to getting a memorable shot? Being at the right time, in the right place. I believe in the special communicative power of the image, and always strive to find that fleeting balance between fantasy and truth, perfection and authenticity. From fashion magazines and brands to fresh-faced talents, I collaborated with an array of partners and stakeholders, delivering unique results that embody a shared artistic vision.

At the very beginning of my creative journey was painting.
As an aspiring teenage artist, I managed to turn my passion into a successful decade-long career.
My work spanned multiple themes and was included in numerous solo exhibitions and joint projects across Portugal.
